How much does the program cost?

The program is completely free for Douglas County residents. This includes all group sessions, educational materials, nicotine replacement therapy, and incentives.

Where are sessions held?

We offer in-person sessions at the Roseburg Community Cancer Center.

What if I've tried to quit before and failed?

Most people make several quit attempts before succeeding. Our program is designed to help you learn from past attempts and develop new strategies. Many of our most successful participants had tried to quit multiple times before.

Can I join if I use e-cigarettes or vape?

Yes! Our program helps people quit all forms of tobacco and nicotine products, including e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches like Zyn, and vaping devices.

Do I have to quit smoking immediately when I join?

No. The first few sessions focus on preparation. You'll set a quit date within the first few weeks of the program, giving you time to develop your personal quit plan.
